For Delivery

  • Return, refund, or exchange will only be processed if the package is open or damaged before delivery. Therefore, before accepting the delivery from the agent, please ensure that the box is not opened or damaged. If any issues arise, please contact our customer care at +971 526987995.
  • We do not sale the items outside the GCC
  • We do not have any refund or return policy once the product is delivered.Β 
  • All free and gifted items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.The value will be deducted based on the applied voucher or price.
  • Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return, refund or replacement upon approval from Authorized Samsung Service CentreΒ (Product Service report). All such product must go to Authorized Samsung Service Centre to get the report.
  • Physically damaged or defective product is not eligible for return. refund or replacement.
  • Complaints based on false expectations or wishes will not be honoured.
  • Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Department in writing within 2 days of the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received.
  • If you believe that the product you received is not as described on our website, you must notify us within 2 days of the delivery date by providing clear evidence of the discrepancy.
  • We will refund your purchase price including the vat charged(excluding shipping charges, insurance, external warranty) within 7-25 working days, depending on our bank’s procedures and report.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Any product requested for return will incur a logistic charge, which will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, customers have the option to drop off the item at our outlet in Dubai. For location details, please contact our customer care at +971 526987995.
  • Any Free products like but not limited to Samsung Care+, Covers, Gift voucher, Memory upgrade etc., if placed outside/soley for it, the order won’t be considered for return, refund or exchange. These products are only shipped/provided if they are automatically added to cart when purchasing the main product within the offer period.
  • Returns are not applicable for products sold at a discounted price or using any voucher, unless both parties agree. In such cases, a deduction equivalent to the discounted or voucher value will be applied to the refund amount.

  • When pickup from storeΒ before unboxing please ensure that the product is free from damage or defects. If you notice any issues, kindly notify us immediately at the store. Refund & Cancellation Transaction

Refund and cancellation payments will be transferred to the customer on the same platform through which they have been paid.

Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately.
  • If we receive your cancellation before processing/approving the order, we will refundΒ  full amount of the product as shopping voucher.
  • This voucher can be used for next shopping.
  • If the product has already been shipped, you are not eligible for cancellation.
