Delivery & Shipping Policy

All products we send are carefully packed to ensure they are brand new and securely packaged. Our trusted delivery partners for seamless shipping services are provided by Jeebly
We deliver the checkout products to the shipping address specified by the customer during checkout. The shipping address cannot be changed unless both parties agree.
For all delivery locations in Dubai, orders placed before 7 am will be delivered on the same day. In remote areas of Dubai, delivery will be scheduled for the next working day. For all other emirates, orders placed before 7 am will be delivered the next day. Once payment is processed, our customer service team will contact the customer to confirm the delivery schedule.
Our standard delivery charge for all of the UAE is 15 AED. On certain promotional or special occasion days, we offer free delivery. Additionally, we issue coupons for complimentary shipment. We do not charge 15 AED per product. Instead, our delivery charge is based on the checkout total.
