Sales executives - Job Description

Managing the sales and distribution of Samsung products, apple products particularly mobile devices, tablets, and accessories. Their experience typically includes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Execution:
   • Developing and implementing sales plans to meet or exceed targets set by Samsung or the distributor.
   • Coordinating with Samsung's marketing team to execute promotional campaigns for product launches and special offers.
   • Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting sales tactics accordingly.
2. Client and Channel Management:
   • Managing relationships with retail partners, mobile stores, and large retail chains like Carrefour, Lulu, or specialized mobile outlets.
   • Ensuring that all channel partners are well-stocked and have the right product mix, supporting them with sales tools, and assisting with inventory management.
3. Product Knowledge:
   • Deep familiarity with Samsung’s product lineup (e.g., Galaxy smartphones, tablets, accessories) and the ability to train retail staff on features and benefits.
   • Updating clients on new product releases and key features, such as the Fold and Flip series, ensuring proper display and demo setups at partner stores.
4. Sales Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Analyzing sales data from distributors and retailers to track performance against goals.
   • Reporting back to the distribution management on market feedback, stock levels, and sales progress, making recommendations for order adjustments or marketing activities.
